Welcome to FOHXIO. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of digital products available through FOHXIO. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products

FOHXIO provides digital products including social media templates, printable event kits, brand boards and other downloadable or editable digital resources.

All products are supplied digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, previews and information for every product.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen settings, software or printing method used by the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

Prices displayed on the website apply at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when completing a purchase.

4. Digital Delivery

Purchased digital products are delivered electronically through the download or access method provided with the order.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded or delivered, except in circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, purchased FOHXIO products are intended for the purchaser's personal or business use.

Customers may customise the templates for their own permitted projects.

7. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted in the applicable product licence, customers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute or share the original digital files or editable templates.

  • Claim FOHXIO templates or digital assets as their own original template products.

  • Make the original files available for free or paid download.

  • Share purchase or download links with others.

8. Intellectual Property

FOHXIO retains all applicable intellectual-property rights in its original designs, templates, graphics and other digital content, except for third-party materials used under their respective licences.

Purchasing a product provides a right to use it according to the applicable product licence; it does not transfer ownership of FOHXIO's intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some products may require third-party software or services, such as Canva, to access or edit certain features.

FOHXIO is not responsible for changes, interruptions or availability of third-party platforms. Any third-party service is subject to its own terms and policies.
