Welcome to FOHXIO, operated by Bidyut Prabha Dash (“FOHXIO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of digital products available through FOHXIO.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products

FOHXIO provides digital products including social media templates, printable event kits, brand boards and other downloadable or editable digital resources.

All products are supplied digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, previews and information for every product.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen settings, software or printing method used by the customer.

Product listings specify what is included with each purchase. Customers should review the product description and any software or platform requirements before purchasing.

3. Orders & Payments

Prices displayed on the website apply at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed securely by our authorised third-party payment partners. The payment methods available to you may depend on your country, currency and the payment provider.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when completing a purchase.

4. Digital Delivery

Purchased digital products are delivered electronically through the download or access method provided with the order.

Depending on the product, customers may receive downloadable files, PDF access documents, editable template links or other digital resources.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading or accessing their purchased products using the instructions provided.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded or delivered, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any refund request will be considered in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the policies and requirements of the payment provider processing the transaction.

6. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing or applicable product licence, purchased FOHXIO products are intended for the purchaser's personal or business use.

Customers may customise editable templates for their own permitted projects.

Purchase of a FOHXIO product grants the customer a licence to use the product according to the applicable product terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original design or intellectual property.

7. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted in the applicable product licence, customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or transfer the original digital files or editable templates.

• Claim FOHXIO templates or digital assets as their own original template products.

• Make the original files or editable templates available for free or paid download.

• Share purchase or download links with others.

• Repackage, sublicense or resell FOHXIO products as template products or digital resources.
  

8. Intellectual Property

FOHXIO retains all applicable intellectual property rights in its original designs, templates, graphics and other digital content, except for third-party materials used under their respective licences.

Purchasing a product provides a right to use it according to the applicable product licence; it does not transfer ownership of FOHXIO's intellectual property.

Third-party trademarks, platforms, content and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some products may require third-party software or services, such as Canva, to access or edit certain features.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have access to any required third-party platform or software specified in the product description.

FOHXIO is not responsible for changes, interruptions, compatibility issues or availability of third-party platforms. Use of any third-party service is also subject to that provider's own terms, policies and licensing requirements.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the FOHXIO website and digital delivery systems available and functioning correctly. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

We may update, modify or discontinue website features or product listings where reasonably necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FOHXIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our digital products or third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our products, website, payment arrangements or legal requirements.
