Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

FOHXIO sells downloadable digital products, including social media templates, event kits, brand boards and other editable digital resources. No physical products are shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded or delivered.

A refund may be considered if:

• The customer was charged more than once for the same order.

• The purchased file is technically defective and cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting.

• The customer received the wrong digital product due to an error on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot normally be cancelled once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

If you contact us before digital delivery has occurred, we will review the cancellation request where technically possible.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working file, replacement download or technical assistance.
