FOHXIO sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped. Products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Digital Delivery

All products available through FOHXIO are digital products, such as social media templates, printable event kits, brand boards and other downloadable or editable digital resources.

No physical item will be delivered to your address.

Delivery Method

After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product through the download or access method provided at checkout or after purchase.

Where a product includes an external editable-template link, instructions for accessing the template will be included with the purchased files.

Delivery Time

Digital products are generally available immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.

Occasionally, payment processing or technical issues may cause a short delay.

Shipping Charges

Because FOHXIO currently sells digital products only:

No shipping charges apply.

No courier or physical delivery service is used for these products.

Delivery or Access Issues

If you have completed your purchase but cannot access or download your product, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to verify the order and restore access, provide the appropriate download, or assist with the technical issue.
