Commercial Use Included with Every Purchase

All FOHXIO digital template purchases include a Commercial Use Licence at no additional charge.

1. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Edit and customise templates for your own business.

• Use finished designs for commercial marketing, advertising and social media.

• Create finished designs for multiple clients.

• Deliver completed, exported designs to clients.

• Reuse purchased templates for different projects and campaigns.
  

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the original templates.

• Share purchased Canva template links or Access PDFs.

• Sell or distribute editable source files.

• Repackage FOHXIO templates as competing digital products.

• Claim exclusive ownership of FOHXIO's original designs or third-party content.
  
  

3. Marketing Agencies & Client Work

Marketing agencies, freelancers and designers may use purchased templates to produce finished designs for multiple clients without purchasing an additional FOHXIO licence for each client.

Original editable templates and access links must not be redistributed.

Where Canva's client-transfer requirements apply, including written agreements and restrictions on transferring a design to multiple clients, those requirements must be followed.

4. Canva Content & Licensing

Canva elements, images, fonts and other licensed content remain subject to Canva's applicable licensing terms.

FOHXIO does not transfer ownership of Canva's third-party content.

5. Licence Ownership

Your purchase grants permission to use FOHXIO templates under these conditions. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying template designs.
